Refund policy
At Padel Cult Co., all products are made to order via print-on-demand. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please refer to our size guide carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at padelcultco@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund. You do not need to return the item.
Wrong Item Received If you receive the wrong item, contact us at padelcultco@gmail.com within 14 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Cancellations As products are made to order, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, production will have begun and we are unable to cancel.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All Padel Cult Co. products are made to order via print-on-demand. Product images shown on our website are digital representations and are intended as a guide only. Actual colours, print placement, and finish may vary slightly between orders due to the production process.
We work hard to ensure consistency, but minor variations are inherent to the print-on-demand process and do not constitute a fault or defect. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
